Junior Pharmacist
About the role
To provide pharmaceutical products and healthcare-related solutions ethically and responsibly within the regulatory framework governing the pharmaceutical wholesale industry, with a strong commitment to customer service, quality assurance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• In line with the scope of practice for qualified pharmacists set out by the South African Pharmacy Council;
• Placing orders with relevant suppliers for ethical, front shop, surgical sundries/dressings and any other required products;
• Ensure efficient stock control and stock rotation within the wholesaler;
• Manage, order and control all S6 stock;
• Interact with clients on various issues regarding service delivery or stock issues;
• Maintain and streamline processes regarding flow of work;
• Keeping records complete and updated with all current medical/relevant information.
Requirements
• Registered with the South African Pharmacy Council;
• Qualified pharmacist;
• Computer literacy; and
• Experience will be advantageous;
• Must be willing to work flexible and/or extended hours.
