on mines in and around Carletonville.
Responsibilities
Daily job planning, scheduling and allocation of duties.
Supervise and manage employees on site.
Oversee daily job execution and ensure deadlines are met.
Complete and maintain all required job-related paperwork, reports and documentation.
Monitor workmanship, productivity and quality.
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and site requirements.
Report daily progress, challenges and operational requirements to management.
Ensure proper use and control of tools, equipment and materials.
Take responsibility for the team, daily work and general site activities.
Requirements
Previous experience as a supervisor in construction or engineering sector.
Good knowledge of construction, engineering and general maintenance work.
Valid driver's licence.
Clean criminal record.
Must be able to lead, manage and motivate a team.
Must be able to plan daily jobs and organise workers, tools and materials.
Understand mine safety rules, risk assessments and permits to work.
Must be able to complete job cards, reports and other required paperwork.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to work independently and under pressure.
Must be reliable, organised and responsible.
