Responsibilities
2 POSITIONS: Commercial & Civil Litigation
LOCATION: POTCHEFSTROOM / PRETORIA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Draft pleadings, notices, applications, correspondence and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
Handle commercial disputes and litigation.
Liaise with counsel, clients, experts and other relevant parties.
Prepare matters for trial, motion proceedings and other legal proceedings.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
LLB and admission as Attorney of the High Court.
3+ years' experience in commercial law or civil litigation.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Corporate governance and M&A experience an advantage.
Valid driver's licence.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
