About the Role:

Manage all commercial and financial aspects of projects from tender stage to final account.

Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions and commercial proposals.

Administer contracts, variations, claims and correspondence.

Monitor project costs, budgets and cash flow and provide accurate forecasting.

Prepare valuations, cost reports and subcontractor payment certificates.

Identify and manage commercial risks and ensure contractual compliance.

Work closely with project teams, clients and subcontractors to achieve project success.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Degree or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Commercial Management or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years' relevant Quantity Surveying experience, preferably within mining, drilling, construction, engineering or heavy-industrial project environments.

Valid Driver's Licence.

Valid Passport and ability to travel internationally.

Medically fit for site and operational visits where required.

English proficiency required. Additional languages relevant to Master Drilling's operational jurisdictions advantageous.

Added Advantages:

Professional membership of RICS or equivalent recognised body.

Experience in mining, drilling or heavy-industrial project environments.

Exposure to international / cross-border contracts and claims.

Proficiency in cost-management and estimating software.

Strong commercial, contractual and financial acumen.

Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
