RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the daily management of the factory
Plan, organize and optimize workflows and production schedules
Ensure quality standards and deadlines are met
Manage and develop staff
Monitor production processes and identify improvement opportunities
Maintain a safe, clean and efficient working environment
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Cabinetry manufacturing experience will be beneficial
Planning and workflow experience essential
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and quality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Willing to learn and grow within the company
