Manage warranty claims & OEM compliance
Drive CSI, retention & service opportunities
Requirements
We're looking for:
3-4 years' Service Advisor experience
Franchised dealership experience
Warranty, OEM & invoicing knowledge
Strong communication, organisation & target focus
