Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer transactions accurately, handle cash responsibly.
Assist with stock replenishment and general store duties.
Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
Answer phone calls, whatsapp messages and obtain orders.

Requirements
Requirements:
Education: Matric or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Relevant work experience will be advantageous.
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written).
Whatsapp & Calls: Need to have sufficient communication etiquette.
Microsoft Office: Be able to work and function on word, excel etc.
Core Qualities:
Strong organizational abilities.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Able to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
