VACANCY: QUALIFIED UNDERTAKER/ MANAGEMENT POSITION
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Qualified Undertaker to join our team in a management capacity.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily funeral service operations
Lead, manage and support staff
Ensure that company policies, procedures and industry standards are followed
Assist with the planning and coordination of funerals
Maintain professional relationships with clients, families and service providers
Always ensure a high standard of service and professionalism
Handle operational and administrative responsibilities associated with the position

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Qualified Undertaker with relevant industry experience
Minimum 5 years' management experience
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to manage staff and oversee day-to-day operational activities
Professional, compassionate and respectful approach when dealing with bereaved families
Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive situations with discretion
Valid driver's license.
