LMS is expanding to Welkom, and we are looking for two energetic, reliable and customer-focused Sales Agents to join our team.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Promote and sell LMS products and services.
- Explain products clearly to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Process sales and customer payments accurately.
- Assist with stock receiving, counting and arranging.
- Keep shelves and the shop clean, neat and organised.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
- Work towards daily and monthly sales targets.
- Complete basic sales records and other shop-related paperwork.
- Follow company procedures and instructions from management.
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Basic education – Grade 10 or higher.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to read, write and communicate effectively.
- Honest, responsible and trustworthy.
- Friendly and confident when dealing with customers.
- Willing to learn about LMS products and services.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time-management skills.
- Sales or customer-service experience will be an advantage.
- Applicants residing in or around Welkom will be preferred.
