Project Supervisor – Glass & Aluminium (Bredasdorp)
A well established Glass & Aluminum company in Bredasdorp is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor with strong technical skills in fitting and installation.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate project teams
• Oversee installation quality and site progress
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
• Interpret drawings and manage installation timelines
• Liaise with clients and maintain professional communication
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Relevant qualification in Glass & Aluminium – advantageous
• 5+ years’ experience as a Fitter / Installer
• Valid Driver’s License – essential
• Proven experience in:
o Fitting frameless glass
o Glass balustrades
o Aluminum doors, windows and frames
Strong leadership and problem solving ability
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Excellent technical knowledge of glass and aluminium systems
