Responsibilities
LOCATION: POTCHEFSTROOM / PRETORIA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend to conveyancing matters and registrations relating to mineral rights.
Prepare, review and lodge deeds and related documentation.
Manage matters through the relevant registration processes.
Conduct and attend to Deeds Office searches and enquiries.
Liaise with clients, attorneys, the Deeds Office and other relevant stakeholders.
Monitor registration processes, deadlines and outstanding requirements.
Provide professional advice and support on conveyancing and registration matters.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
Requirements
LLB or equivalent legal qualification.
Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa.
Relevant conveyancing experience.
Experience with mineral rights and registrations will be advantageous.
Valid driver's licence.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
