Requirements
Education and Qualifications
Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
A relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field will be advantageous.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or distribution environment.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management position.
Experience in the FMCG, food production, or cold-chain industry will be advantageous.
Experience in stock control, inventory management, and dispatch operations.
Experience in transport coordination, fleet administration, and driver scheduling.
Experience in managing and resolving employee-related matters.
Knowledge and Skills
Good administrative and organisational skills.
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work with operational systems and maintain accurate records.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and resolve operational problems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to manage and supervise employees effectively.
Valid driver's licence will be advantageous.
