A well established Glass & Aluminum company in Bredasdorp is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee daily operations, production quality and staff management.
Responsibilities
Preferred Background
• Strong experience in glass and Aluminium manufacturing
• Knowledge of doors, windows, frames, cutting lists and manufacturing processes
• Understanding of factory machinery, workflow and production standards
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise all factory staff
• Oversee production planning, workflow and quality control
• Ensure machinery is operated safely and efficiently
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate with procurement
• Implement and enforce factory policies and safety procedures
• Work closely with management to meet production targets
• Ensure accurate reporting, documentation and operational records
Requirements
