Responsibilities
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Boilermaker
Experience in gold plants, mining and industrial environments
Read and interpret engineering drawings, isometrics and specifications
Fabricate, assemble and install pressure vessels, tanks, ducting and structural components
Perform MIG, ARC and TIG welding to the required code and standards
Fit, align and install equipment and piping systems
Carry out boiler, vessel and structural maintenance and repairs
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Ensure all work meets quality, safety and company standards
Work independently and as part of a team
Willing to work overtime and on call when required
Requirements
Advantageous:
Code welding qualifications (ASME, ASTM)
Experience with pressure vessels
Overhead crane and forklift operating licence
Boilermaking and fabrication experience
