About the role
Are you organised, professional, people-orientated and passionate about helping others? An exciting opportunity exists for a Financial Adviser Assistant to join the practice of Marius Van Wyk, Registered Financial Adviser at Succession Financial Planning. This position offers the opportunity to work in a professional financial planning environment while building valuable administrative and client service experience.

WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday
08:00 to 16:30
Occasionally required to assist with client events or after-hours appointments when necessary
Compulsory annual leave during December
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Financial Adviser
Prepare client documentation and application forms
Schedule client appointments and manage diaries
Maintain accurate client records and filing systems
Follow up on investment, insurance and other financial service applications
Liaise with product providers and service providers
Assist clients with administrative enquiries
Prepare information for client review meetings
Track outstanding requirements and ensure completion of administrative processes
Manage correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries
Maintain high standards of client service and professionalism
Assist with FAIS and FICA compliance documentation
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Grade 12 (Matric) essential
Relevant qualification in Office Administration, Financial Services, Accounting or Business Administration will be advantageous
Previous administrative experience not essential but is preferred
Experience in the financial services, insurance or investment industry will be beneficial
Computer literacy with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel

REQUIREMENTS
Resident of Potchefstroom or surrounding area
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Reliable transport to and from work
No criminal record
