Factory Production Supervisor
About the role
Key responsibilities include:
Operating and overseeing factory machinery
Monitoring daily production and workflow
Supervising and coordinating factory employees
Checking that employees are performing assigned work correctly
Checking measurements, specifications and finished work
Monitoring quality and identifying mistakes before work leaves the factory
Ensuring production instructions and job requirements are followed
Checking that machinery and equipment are used correctly
Identifying production problems and reporting or resolving them
Maintaining productivity, discipline and general order on the factory floor
Assisting practically with production when required

Requirements
These requirements are all required:
Grade 12
Factory and technical work experience is a must
Mechanical and technical aptitude is a must
Basic computer literacy
Drivers licence
