Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and mentor the guiding team
Conduct exceptional game drives and bush walks
Deliver a world-class guest experience
Maintain high guiding, safety and conservation standards
Manage guide schedules, briefings and daily operations
Work closely with lodge management and other departments
Ensure vehicles and guiding equipment are maintained to a high standard
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years' experience as an Assistant Head Guide in a large 5-star luxury lodge
FGASA Level 2–3
Ability to lead a team
Excellent guiding and communication skills
