Responsibilities
POSITION: ATTORNEY
Mineral Law, Licensing & Regulatory Matters
LOCATION: POTCHEFSTROOM / PRETORIA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Advise clients on mineral rights, licensing and regulatory matters.
Draft legal correspondence, submissions and applications.
Engage with government departments and regulatory authorities.
Assist with appeals, reviews and related litigation.
Conduct legal research and manage client matters.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
LLB or equivalent legal qualification.
Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
Litigation experience.
Experience in mineral law and licensing.
Government or regulatory engagement experience will be advantageous.
Valid driver's licence.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
