SAVF Evanna is seeking a reliable and responsible Driver to provide safe and efficient transport services for residents and the facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting residents and food, ensuring vehicles are operated safely and professionally, and assisting with other duties related to the position. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organised, and committed to supporting quality care for older persons.
Responsibilities
DUTIES / EXPERIENCE
Transporting food
Transporting residents safely and professionally
Carrying out all other duties related to the position
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Grade 10 (Grade 12 will be advantageous)
SAPS clearance
Valid Code 08 driver's licence with a valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit)
Minimum of two years' relevant driving experience
Good communication skills
Good health
Trustworthy and able to work independently
Ability to use own initiative
Good organisational skills
