VACANCY: ASSISTANT FARM MANAGER
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and responsible assistant farm manager with practical farm experience, as well as good leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities
DUTIES INCLUDE:
General farm work and maintenance
Handling and care of cattle and sheep
Fencing work, including the erection, repair, and maintenance of fences
Cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment
Loading and unloading of stock
General repair and maintenance work on the farm
Taking the lead and supervising other farm workers
Assigning daily tasks to workers and ensuring the work is completed properly and on time
Maintaining good discipline and productivity within the work team
Providing regular feedback to the farm manager
Executing instructions as given by the farm manager
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have practical experience in general farm work
Must have experience in the handling and care of cattle and sheep
Must have experience in fencing work, as well as the erection, repair, and maintenance of fences
Must be physically fit and willing to work outdoors
Must be willing to live on the farm
Accommodation can be provided for the employee and his/her spouse, but the available accommodation is not suitable for children
Must be able to work responsibly and independently, demonstrating good judgment
Must be able to take the lead and effectively manage other farm workers
Must be reliable, honest, and punctual
Must be willing to work hard and learn new skills
Experience in managing and supervising farm workers will be advantageous
A valid driver's license will be advantageous
