We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance department at our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure all facilities, equipment, and systems operate efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise maintenance staff and daily operations
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Manage repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Coordinate external contractors
Maintain maintenance records and budgets
Requirements
Requirements:
3–5 years' maintenance experience (hotel experience preferred)
Supervisory experience
Strong technical knowledge
Excellent problem-solving skills
Good communication and leadership abilities
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
Valid Driver's Licence
Availability to work flexible hours if needed
