Position Available:Operational Manager

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective workflows across departments.
Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks, streamline procedures, and implement scalable systems to maximize productivity.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise department supervisors and team members, fostering a high-performance work culture.
Resource & Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation, manage operational costs, and optimize resource allocation.
Quality & Compliance: Maintain high standards for quality assurance, health and safety, and regulatory compliance.
Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reporting metrics for senior leadership.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
:PSIRA Registered: Grades E, D, C, B, Armed Response Qualified.
Valid PSIRA registration and Armed Response qualification required.
Valid Firearm Competency Certificate: Current firearm competency certificate, compliant with South African regulations.
Experience: 3+ years in operational management or supervisory role.
Leadership: Strong team management skills with proven ability to lead and motivate staff.
Problem-Solving: Sound analytical and decision-making skills; calm under pressure.
Communication & Technical Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
