📍 HARTBEESPOORT We are looking for a detail-driven and organised Debtors & Creditors Clerk to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✓ Process and capture debtor and creditor invoices
✓ Prepare and send customer statements
✓ Process and allocate payments
✓ Follow up on outstanding customer accounts
✓ Assist with general finance and administrative tasks
✓ Maintain accurate records and filing
✓ Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth financial processes TO APPLY, PLEASE SUBMIT

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
✓ 4–5 years' experience in debtors, creditors, finance or general accounting
✓ Basic understanding of debtors and creditors processes
✓ Experience with invoicing, statements, payments and reconciliations
✓ Good computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Xero accounting
✓ Good numerical and administrative skills
✓ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✓ Good communication skills, both written and verbal
✓ Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
✓ Organised, reliable and able to work independently
✓ Fluent in English; Afrikaans would be an advantage ADVANTAGEOUS
✓ Experience with an ERP/accounting system
✓ Experience following up outstanding customer payments
