We are located in Boshoek, North West
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Request quotations, negotiate prices and confirm delivery lead times
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on outstanding orders.
• Arrange courier service, transport, collection and deliveries.
• Source suppliers for mining and exploration drilling equipment, spare parts and consumables for our drill rigs
• Maintain accurate purchase records, supplier details, quotations, invoices and delivery documents.
• Purchase mechanical parts, tools and equipment for servicing and repairing motor vehicles.
• Source fabrication material, steel and consumables for the boilermaker workshop
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience in buying, purchasing
• Experience and knowledge of mining equipment, exploration drilling equipment, automotive parts and or boiler making materials
• Good organisational skills.
• Computer literate
• Experience arranging couriers, collections and transport
• A valid driver's license.
• Grade 12
• No criminal record
• Source suppliers for mining equipment,
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Willing to travel to various project as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex issues
