Language Requirements: Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in Afrikaans and English.
Registration: Must be registered with PSIRA (Grade D or higher).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a control room.
Skills & Availability: Exceptional telephone etiquette, ability to work shifts (day and night), and able to work well under pressure.
