Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing and managing supplier accounts within the group.
Controlling, processing and capturing supplier invoices and delivery notes on the system.
Preparing, processing and checking credit notes.
Preparing relevant administrative and financial reports.
General administrative and financial support.
Daily follow-up and communication with suppliers where required.
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 / Matric.
At least 5 years' relevant experience in creditors.
Good administrative and communication skills.
Good computer literacy (MS Office).
Accurate and organised, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
Honest, reliable and self-motivated.
