Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of Vyfhoek Shopping Centre
Tenant relations and lease management
Ensure the centre is well maintained, safe, and secure
Manage budgets, costs, and reporting
Drive occupancy, tenant mix, and foot traffic
Liaise with service providers, contractors, and stakeholders
Implement marketing initiatives
Requirements

Proven retail / shopping centre management experience
Property experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Financial and operational management skills
Problem-solving and people management skills
A proactive, hands-on approach
Valid driver’s licence
