Vehicle Stock Controller/Admin
About the role
The Vehicle Stock Controller is responsible for the accurate administration, control, tracking, and management of all new and used vehicle stock at the dealership. The role ensures that all vehicles are correctly recorded, accounted for, maintained, displayed, and ready for sale or delivery.
The successful candidate must be highly organised, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive, with a strong focus on stock accuracy, vehicle presentation, administration, and compliance with dealership procedures.

Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric.
Previous experience in vehicle stock control, dealership administration, logistics, or a similar role will be advantageous.
Valid driver's licence.
Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and dealership management systems.
Strong administrative and numerical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
