KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full HR function (recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, etc.)
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Support a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Work closely with leadership to align people strategies with business goals

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Applicants without a degree will not be considered.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR role
