Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the workshop.
Lead and motivate technicians and support staff to achieve high standards of performance.
Manage and order correct spares for breakdowns and planned maintenance.
Plan and schedule machine services and other planned maintenance projects.
Maintain workshop tools and equipment to ensure they are in excellent working order.
Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements
Reside in Rustenburg
Valid driver's licence (Code B/EB)
Clear criminal record
Honest & reliable
Must be able to do standby
Strong technical understanding of workshop operations and spare parts management
Good interpersonal / people relationship skills Sober habits / drug-free
Computer literate Medically fit
