Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of golf course operations, maintenance, and staff management
Collaborate with groundskeeping team to maintain course quality and playability
Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
Drive membership growth and customer satisfaction
Organize tournaments, events, and promotions
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in golf course or club management
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of turf management and course maintenance best practices
Financial and budgetary management experience
Professional golf body certification or equivalent (preferred but not required)
Qualifications:
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Driver's License essential.
3-5 Years of experience in golf operations and/or hospitality management.
Strong knowledge of golf operations, tournament planning, and customer services best practices.
Proven food and beverage management experience including event planning, cost control, and staffing.
