Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and facilitating job offers. Onboarding & Offboarding – Including Harmony Onboarding
Employee Relations - Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries, mediate workplace conflicts, and conduct objective disciplinary investigations when necessary.
Compliance & Policy - Ensure company policies align with local and national labour laws, maintain accurate employee files.
Supporting Payroll Admin
Excellent Planning Skills
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Min 3 Years Experience in HR field
Valid Drivers lisence – Own transport
Harmony onboarding and Training operations
Labour Legislation - BCEA, LRA, EEA, and SDA
Computer Literate
