WE ARE HIRING | HR / LABOUR OFFICER
WHM Recruitment is looking for an experienced HR / Labour Officer to join a team in Welkom.
We’re looking for a confident HR professional with strong labour relations experience and sound knowledge of disciplinary procedures, appeals, CCMA matters and labour negotiations.
Responsibilities
Critical Performance Areas
Preparation of disciplinary hearings.
Preparation of appeal hearings.
Compile warnings.
Compile charge sheets for disciplinary hearings.
Must have knowledge of CCMA matters.
Union or Department of Labour negotiations (handling meetings and correspondence on behalf of management).
Remuneration & Application Details
Salary: Will be discussed during the first telephonic interview.
Requirements
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
HR qualification or equivalent NQF6 is essential
Retail exposure will be an advantage
Own laptop and cellphone required
