MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in truck parts sales (minimum 3 years preferred)
• Ability to use Parts EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) accurately and efficiently
• Strong mechanical and technical knowledge of truck components
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and DMS experience advantageous)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing parts orders and quotations
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts solutions
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude and a strong work ethic
• Grade 12 qualification essential
• Valid driver's licence essential
• Counter, Workshop or Panelsales experience is essential
• Ability to drive sales, maximise profitability
