We're HiringProduction Supervisor
Seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead its bakery production team.
Coordinating daily production, supervising staff, achieving production targets and ensuring consistent product quality and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, effective planning and sound problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
Previous supervisory experience in a bakery or Food manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
Location: Industrial Bakery, Welkom, Free State (No 3–9th Str & No 11–7th Street)
