Responsibilities
Konica Minolta Welkom is looking for a skilled, reliable and motivated Service Engineer to join our team.
We specialise in photocopier sales, servicing and maintenance, and we want you to be part of our growing team!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform servicing and maintenance on photocopiers and office equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
Attend to customer service calls and resolve technical issues.
Carry out repairs and preventative maintenance.
Communicate professionally with customers.
Ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Work independently and manage daily service responsibilities.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS – THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Previous experience as a technician or service engineer.
Must have their own reliable vehicle.
Good technical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional attitude and strong customer service skills.
Self-motivated, reliable and well organised.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
